Optimum Solutions is on the lookout for a PMO Analyst for one of our prestigious banking clients in Singapore.
· Responsible for resource Onboarding and Offboarding.
· Manage the Resource Budget allocation and Actual expenses tracking.
· Submit the Monthly HC Forecast, HC approval and tracking of Actuals.
· Update and report the current Resource metrics, analyse variance and track action items.
· Submit the Contract lodgement, track issuance of PO and track invoice payment to closure.
· Assist PMO Lead and Delivery Lead for any Platform related financial requirement.
· Asset tracking, laptop configuration, laptop reformatting.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related subject.
· 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in banking sector
· Have a working experience of Resource Onboarding/Offboarding process, Budget allocation, Resource tracking and Analysis, Contract management.
· Have a working experience on Data analysis, MS Excel automation and any other data tools.
· Proactive and responsible to ensure all required approvals and timelines are completed on time.
· Keen to details and able to work with different stakeholders to achieve common goals.
· Understanding of Project Financial concepts is advantageous.
· Self starter, takes ownership of the tasks and ability to collaborate with PMO Lead for process improvement.
