Guest Experience Executive

We are a modern Mediterranean restaurant looking for an outgoing and personable candidate to join our team! You will be responsible for building a friendly and welcoming environment as the first impression for all of our guests. You will strive to create exceptional, memorable experiences for all of our guests straight from their initial enquiry.


As our Guest Experience Executive, you are responsible for ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their dining experience, exceeding all their expectations.


Salary: S$ 2,800 - $3,500 depending on work experience

Responsibilities:


Customer Management:

  • Manage the hostess desk during service hours to greet customers, ensure they are seated accordingly and handed over to service team
  • Ensuring that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained and that positive reviews of the restaurant are received online and offline
  • Managing guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations
  • Manage and oversee all reservation channels including: Phone calls, online bookings, text messages and reservation emails
  • Display in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s product offerings so as to engage with the customers and recommend products/services
  • Responsible for maintaining the CRM system, capturing new data and ensuring it is updated consistently

Venue Management:

  • Ensure that all spaces are styled, clean and presentable for each service every day
  • Report to Management and assist with the coordination of suppliers/contractors on any maintenance issues
  • Ensure service team are following SOP checklist every day so to ensure the venue is set-up and ready to receive guests

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience of Customer Service Management within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate in delivering top-notch hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident with handling payment transactions and POS systems
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure
  • Has great initiative and is service-oriented
  • Ability to proactively approach and engage with guests and team members
