• Lead a team of 4
• Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults
• Conduct regular venue visits/audits
• Content creation for festive/thematic activities
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders
• Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
• Generate monthly report for stakeholders
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution would be preferred
• To possess at least three years’ experience in event/programme management
• Good negotiation and leadership skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing a team
• Proven problem solving skills
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage
