Salary range: Up to $4,200.00 + Attractive bonuses
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, direct and deliver training programme / activities for regional office
- Conduct review of existing training and to improve training programme / activities for regional office
- Design and develop e-Learning content.
- Improvise training and audit processes, documents, and forms for better productivity and efficiency at work.
Pre-requisites
- Diploma in any discipline Candidates with relevant experience in training and as trainer will have an advantage.
- Possess ACTA/DACE certified will have an advantage.
- Having technical knowledge/background of HVAC/control will have an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Highly positive with the "can-do" spirit.
Notes:
- Business travel: Mandatory 30%
- (mainly to affiliate company in Asia/Oceania region. Maybe to Japan. Usually a few days to a week)
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred. But not mandatory.
- Trainer's field of expertise - Training will be provide (air conditioner sales, service, installation, solutions (aircon & building equipment control), etc.
- Can speak and understand Mandarin. Need to provide an dhave trainings in Taiwan.
