Our client is a corporate travel agency in Singapore. Their office is located at Central Singapore , they are looking for Customer Services Executive to join the company.
Customer Services Executive
- Handle contracting filling to respective departments
- Source suppliers and prepare documents signing with suppliers for collaboration
- Plan and prepare marketing materials, handle the invoices from suppliers
- Prepare sales reports, handle complaints
- Handle complaints or feedback
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitaliy or relevant field
- 1 year of working experience
