Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales department on customer needs and target markets
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Order processing and prepare quotations for customers
- Maintain and update knowledge base of products, services, and pricing
- Liaise with logistics team to ensure customers deliveries are met
Requirements:
- Minimum a GCE ‘O’ level qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales coordination role
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Flexible and adaptable
