Job Scope
- Data Entry duties, ensuring accuracy of information into the system.
- Review the applications/appeal request and change requests.
- Assist with email and call centre enquiries.
- Assist in any other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration / customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
