The Role
This position will be responsible for reviewing and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Review of accounts prepared by the offshore finance team for the portfolio of assets, ensure compliance with Singapore FRS is done correctly and ensure mapping to accounts done correctly.
- Management reporting / MIS preparation for the assigned portfolio for companies on a monthly basis
- Assist with bi-annual forecast and annual budgetingHandle client payroll administration including application, managing CPF submission, Form IR8A
- Experience doing Xero migration
- XBRL
- Preparing Tax submission - Corporate Tax, GST, Withholding taxes etc
- Preparing annual audit report per local statutory requirements
- Assisting in all Client Audit
- Preparing all Company Secretary matters
- Any other ad-hoc reporting
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of relevant post-qualification experiences.
- Familiar with tax law in Singapore – GST, WHT, Corporate tax
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required as the role requires liaising with various parties such as inter-department, external suppliers, property manager and operators.
- Hands-on with good eyes for details, responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
