Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation.
• Manage Marketing Calendar throughout the year in a proactive manner;
strategize and maximize the impact of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and compliance of corporate image and branding in line with franchise (brands) requirements.
• Manage content on corporate/brand websites and social media channels such as Wechat, Xiao Hong Shu.
• Manage & update delivery platform menu such as GrabFood, Foodpanda and Oddle, Lazada, Shopee
• Copywrite press release, maintain media relations with KOL and influencers by conducting media hosting
• Measure and report on performance of campaigns and events, gather insights and assess against KPI.
• Monitor market trends and perform competitor analysis
• Monitor of Google reviews
• Work with regional franchise partners, other internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Grow existing and new F&B clientele
• Growing market share , marketing new product brands & awareness
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' related experience
• Creativity & Multi-Tasking
• Self-driven & Responsibility
• Advantage to have photography, graphic, web design and video editing experiences
• Strong ability to build working relationships, innovation and target driven
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently and with team well
