As a core member of our Data Operations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Department Overview
Data Operations is responsible for all aspects of portfolio data exchange and support – trade activity, pricing and position data. The group has both an operational and a strategic mandate to fulfill. This is accomplished through a location strategy that combines presence in strategic locations close to our client needs and the utilization of standardization, centralization and scale in our operational Centre of Excellence (CoE) locations.
Operational:
· Configuration & maintenance of electronic interfaces that exchange inbound/outbound data to/from Citco applications.
· Operational pre-processing to ensure integrity & completeness of client portfolios in Citco applications.
· Proactive monitoring of data flows end to end – data is an integral pre-cursor to Citco’s service to clients.
Strategic:
· Provide leadership in establishing standards & benchmark in the area of portfolio data interfaces - for Citco and the industry as a result.
· Collaborate with Citco Technology to analyze, develop & enhance internal tools that support increased levels of automation and intuitive self-service for operations.
Position Overview
The Risk Governance & Solutions (RGS) team is responsible for Interface Analytics publications, operational solutions, analysis and execution of risk mitigation plans and oversee the rollout of strategic initiatives. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of the RGS team and will be primarily responsible for coordinating and triaging deliverables aligned with the group’s strategic initiatives. Working with business and project teams across Citco and SMEs within Data Operations, the candidate will be responsible for leading, organizing, and controlling and reporting on initiatives. This will include creating documentation, identifying risk, tracking and delivery of new platforms and solutions.
The candidate is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Data Operations value proposition in Citco’s service offering. Data Operations reach spans internal Operations & Client Services teams as well as our clients.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities
· Develop and execute project management plans, preferably in accordance with PMI (PMP) methodologies.
· Project manage multiple initiatives that form part of the Data Operations strategic program. Particular emphasis on Scope, Communication, Scheduling and Stakeholder management.
· Governance of and reporting on projects in the strategic program to ensure transparency of current status, next steps and milestone tracking.
· Work with project teams to define tasks, timelines and identify resources for various projects.
· Act as a source of reference/SME on Project Management matters for team members within the Data Operations Team.
· Prepare and execute on the communication plan as it concerns platform rollouts and new tools.
· Risk reporting and trending analysis.
· Identify and develop process improvement opportunities.
· Maintain and optimize document repositories such as SharePoint, Confluence and others.
· Undertake and execute adhoc tasks delegated by Senior Management.
· Assist in adhoc projects that are delegated by Senior Management.
· Timely and regular completion of all administrative tasks required as part of the role.

Education & Experiences:
