Head of Sales, ASEAN
- Responsible for 1 Business Unit Lubricant Additives Business (LAB)’s sales in ASEAN region
- Responsible for the sustainable profitable sales growth of traditional additives and finish fluids
- Lead team to realize the success in business and also people development
- Strong team player to collaborate with cross-functional team
- Strong relationship management with local/regional customer procurement team in alignment with the Global Account Manager located in US
Office Location:

Key areas of responsibilities:
- 25% - Responsible for sustainable growth (Sales & Variable margin) in ASEAN
- 20% - Maintain strong relationship with Global Key Account and collaborate with Global Key Account Manager closely
- 25% - Responsible for budget planning (turnover/cost) , implement the BU strategies on the market as well as proper set up of Projects Management
- 20% - Build up and maintain distributor network in each segment
- 10% - Maintain close communication internally with both regional and global sales/product/technical teams
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with more than 10 years’ experience, major in Chemistry is preferred
- In-depth commercial experience in Chemical MNC environment
- Strong people management, goal and project management skills
