Job Descriptions:
1. Ensure stable and efficient operation of the company's database cluster,ability to quickly locate and eliminate database faults, and optimize database performance continuously,collaborate with business departments to ensure the availability of the database, and improve the database architecture according to requirements.
2. Responsible for providing technical support and training to the development team,subordinate to the company's business department ,responsible for database platform construction,and participate in the development of database operation,and maintenance products and related components,participate in research on new database technologies and new products.
3. Support business development,provide after-hours support as required and be part of 24x7 on-call rotation for database cluster production environments.
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer or related technical disciplines, with more than 3 years of experience in database systems, such as MySQL, TiDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
2. Familiar with other NoSQL database products, have certain research and operation and maintenance experience, such as MongoDB, Redis, Doris, etc.
3. Familiar with Linux operating system, good at doing service deployment, troubleshooting and tuning under Linux.
4. Familiar with at least one of the programming languages such as Shell, Python, Golang,etc., and be able to perform database operation and maintenance development proficiently.
5. Be able to use open source middle ware proficiently, and those who have used open source architecture or middle ware in large-scale businesses are preferred.
6. Good communication and coordination skills and able to work efficiently under pressure.
