Automation/IT Technical Consultant
(Junior Consultant)
Responsibilities:
· Support installation, engineering and maintenance of Manufacturing Automation/IT systems in the pharmaceutical plant.
· Support design, configuration and optimization processes for plant systems including (but not limited to) Instrumentation, PLC, PCS, DCS, SCADA, BMS, MES, LIMS, DMS, QMS, SCMS, ERP.
· Support in complex configuration of objects, coding of customized processes / solutions, and provide / execute risk-based testing approach.
· Support troubleshooting of issues faced during testing phases, provide / assist in corrective and preventive actions implementation.
· Support plant Go-Live efforts via on-site / remote technical assistance.
· Execute / develop test protocols using a risk-based approach that meets customer quality, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
· Exercise good judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Professional Skills and Experience:
· At least Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as Engineering or Science or with experience relevant to the Job Description. Graduates of related discipline may also apply.
· 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
· Fresh graduate applicant is welcome but preferably with internship experience in pharmaceutical industry.
· Preferably with familiarity to the best practice / standards / regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Preferably with good technical knowledge of at least one (1) software solution (PLC / PCS / DCS / SCADA / MES / ERP)
· Preferably with good knowledge of at least one (1) industrially used programming language (SQL / Visual Basic / C++ / C# / Javascript / XSLT / XML)
· Preferably with good knowledge of Validation Lifecycle approach (URS, FAT/SAT, commissioning, I/O/PQ Protocols, etc), guidelines, international regulatory requirements, and other industry best practices.
