Job Summary: A Hair Salon Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a salon branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Salon Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon branch, including scheduling, staff management, and appointment coordination.
- Ensure the salon is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and stock control.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Recruit, hire, and train salon staff, including hairstylists, assistants, and receptionists.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Client Relations:
- Foster a welcoming and customer-focused salon environment.
- Handle escalated client concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the salon's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Seek opportunities for partnerships or collaborations to expand the salon's reach.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure the salon complies with all relevant industry regulations and licensing requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols for staff and clients.
- Maintain records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor product inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and manage product displays.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favourable terms and pricing for salon products.

Qualifications:
