Location: Novena
Salary: $10 (1st Shift) / $12 (2nd Shift) / $15 (3rd Shift).
Once converted to perm, up to 3.1K depending on experience or HMI cert
Working Hours:
3 Shift/ any 5 days of the week
- 1st Shift – 7am – 4pm
- 2nd Shift – 1pm – 10pm
- 3rd Shift – 8.30pm – 8am
Job Scope:
- You will handle the decontamination, assembly, inspecting, wrapping and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- You will maintain an accurate inventory as well as ensure effective medical supplies management
- Any other general duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Wash test tubes/ scissors medical surgical instruments
- Stationed in the Central Sterile Supplies Department, you will be tasked to different stations - decontamination, assembly, inspecting, wrapping and sterilisation of the surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Cleaning and washing
- Sterilising the tools and kits
- Sort and assemble, protect/pack and label the instruments/equipment according to the checklist.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the medical instruments/equipment
Requirements
- min PSLE/N/A/Nitec
- Prior healthcare experience would be advantageous
- Comfortable to carry heavy loads/items up to 7-10kg
- Eye for details, accurate and enjoys routine work
- Comfortable with shift duties (Morning and Afternoon shifts)
- Able to carry out the above work scope in a standard procedure
- enjoys routine work or is an introverted person
- Must be comfortable to work in infectious diseases department, doing sterilization of equipment / test tubes and stuff
- ppl who aspire to be lab tech
