Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming event enquiries via various channel including telephone, fax and email for the Catering Team.
  • Assist to prepare proposal and send out contracts.
  • Daily distribution of event orders to respective departments concerned.
  • Assist to generate e.g.; labels, signage, checklist.....
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing system for all past events.
  • Provides administrative support to all departments.
  • Maintain and order department supplies as and when needed and within budget.
  • Undertake any special assignments that may be assigned on an adhoc basis.

Personality and Competencies/Skills

  • Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce catering ordering system
  • Able to multi task and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Exceptional keen eye for detail and critical thinker with problem solving skills
  • Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in a relevant industry
  • Diploma/Degree in any field of study
