Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming event enquiries via various channel including telephone, fax and email for the Catering Team.
- Assist to prepare proposal and send out contracts.
- Daily distribution of event orders to respective departments concerned.
- Assist to generate e.g.; labels, signage, checklist.....
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing system for all past events.
- Provides administrative support to all departments.
- Maintain and order department supplies as and when needed and within budget.
- Undertake any special assignments that may be assigned on an adhoc basis.
Personality and Competencies/Skills
- Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce catering ordering system
- Able to multi task and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Exceptional keen eye for detail and critical thinker with problem solving skills
- Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a relevant industry
- Diploma/Degree in any field of study
