Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, caring and professional service to all guests. Maintain or exceed our Mystery Shopping Service and Net Promoter Score targets
- Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for our guests by ensuring good housekeeping and following established merchandising
- Provide a safe environment for guests, colleagues, suppliers and contractors by complying with all WSH guidelines
- Perform cashiering duties in accordance with Cash Handling SOPs with integrity and honesty
- Work with fellow team members to create a friendly and collaborative working environment
- Exceeding/Achieving the sales budget set by Management
Job Requirements:
- Able to read and write basic English
- Retail/Hospitality experience preferred
- Basic computing skills
- Good communication skills
