Responsible for:
- Planning and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Preserving the objectives of the projects.
- Monitoring production and ensuring quality for both customers and stakeholders.
- Providing updates on the progress of projects to senior management.
- Managing quality assurance and resolving issues during ongoing projects.
- Identifying and mitigating problems and risks.
- Establishing and reviewing budgets, and managing project costs.
- Leading meetings and setting expectations for the project team.
- Coordinating with team members from different departments to ensure everyone is aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Offering guidance and support to the project team.
- Implementing and overseeing changes to the projects.
- Creating project plans and scheduling project activities.
- Managing customer satisfaction during the project transition phase.
- Nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluating testing, training plans, and documentation.
- Ensuring that all standard operating procedures conform to specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinating project requirements with other departments.
- Formulating effective project communication plans.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must hold at least a degree, master's degree, or Higher Nitec in a related field.
- Possessing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a valuable asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Proven expertise in project management.
- The ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
- Competence in delivering projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of ERP implementation.
- Experience in budget management.
- Familiarity with SRM (Ship Repair Manager) is a desirable qualification.
