We employ a bottom-up approach to evaluating companies, analysing their business fundamentals in the context of their industries and the secular trends to which they are exposed.


Responsibility

- Investment evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including:

· Building of financial models;

· Oversight of transaction due diligence (including planning due diligence workstreams and management of transaction advisors);

· Preparation of investment memorandums for transaction approval;

· Deal structuring and other transaction-related matters

- Development and execution of value creation plan for portfolio companies, including:

· Formation of growth strategies, post-acquisition integration

· Analysis and quantification of growth and operational improvement initiatives

· Collaborate with management teams to design and execute on value creation plans

- Other corporate development activities, including research on potential business development and investment opportunities (including M&A)


Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

- 1-2 years of work experience

- Technically sound in accounting/finance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong project management capabilities and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Prior training and experience in corporate finance, financial/commercial due diligence, M&A, public/private investments and/or strategy preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Able to work collaboratively and independently
