Financial Analyst [6 Month Contract]
Salary: $4000 - 5000
Working Days: 5 days , 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay)
Job Description
- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; providing meaningful commentary to management for decision making
- Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
- Submission of financial supplemental data for the business in HFM/ EPM for month end closing
- Participate in budgeting/ forecasting
- Partner the Project Team in reviewing and ensuring that revenue recognition is in line to iFRS 15
- Oversee Accounts Receivable with the support of Assistant Accountant
- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
- Review and analyze monthly results vs budget/forecast/prior year
- Upload monthly results to HFM
- Summarize and report key variances to ALT; Prepare monthly management reports to ALT
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual profits
- Develop and prepare weekly and monthly KPI’s
- Utilizing key performance metrics, provide updates to financial outlook
- Prepare and distribute the monthly reporting package
- Maintain GL accounting and project setups aligned with global policy and accounting guidance
- Oversea Account Receivables
- Complete ad-hoc requested as needed
Job Requirement
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- With working experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role is preferred
- Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software is preferred
- Expertise in MS Excel (by using advanced formulas) and ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or other major Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is preferred
- Familiar with iFRS; particularly on Revenue Recognition (Project Accounting)
