The primary responsibilities include: -
Develop channel and customer acquisition strategy and lead the implementation plans through joint customer calls with the Distributors’ sales team for corporate introduction, new product launches, key promotions, and product evaluation.
-Implement strategies for all business development, sales and distribution activities within Growthwell Group
-Manage assigned Key Accounts and implement Joint Business Plan together with Distributors’ Key Account Team to achieve set targets
-Monitor sales and business development progress on a weekly/monthly basis with proposed action plans for target achievement mitigation whenever necessary
-Assist the Commercial Head in the management of Daily/Weekly/Monthly operational reviews (internally and with Distributors) and good KPI management
-Handle Distributor's and customers' feedback
Requirements
-Strong track record & minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management (retail and food service), and Distributor Management role (FMCG preferred)
-Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, distribution, new wins, and pipeline targets
-Familiar with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Strong Influential & Collaboration skills to operate effectively across cultural & functional boundaries within the company and with external stakeholders
-Strong aptitude and positive attitude with proactive initiatives, speed, and agility to drive business growth aggressively in response to opportunities and change
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
