IT Lead Audit Coordinator (WFH)

Job Description

• Assist and guide the engineers responsible for conducting the onsite and remote IT audits.
• Scheduling meetings with IT Engineers prior to commencement of IT Audits
• Managing and maintaining Fastfields web-based data collection system
• Prepare the final assessment using the pre-determined templates
• Coordinate between Team Leads and Leadership
• Liaise with Engineering department
• Building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Provide a final report, which includes:

1. PC inventory and health Overview
2. Physical or Virtual Server Inventory and health Overview
3. Network Inventory and Health
4. Physical security / Access Controls
5. Cybersecurity Summary and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related qualifications
• Min 4-6 years of experience in a similar and/or IT Admin role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of core networking technologies
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Cybersecurity
• Ability to work well in a team
• Technical (L2) support and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to prioritize and escalate when needed
• Attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Change Management processes
• Desire to learn new technologies
