They are hiring JAVA Developer.
About the Role:
The role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of technology, encompassing both breadth and depth. It demands the capability to architect Java-based solutions, aligning them with common customer business challenges to deliver end-to-end technology solutions. Essential qualifications include a demonstrated ability to actively participate in discussions with senior-level technology decision-makers, focusing on agility, business value, and Java-related considerations.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Analyze user requirements and develop applications tailored to meet those needs.
- Create detailed designs and accompanying technical documentation.
- Validate system performance through the development and execution of test scripts, addressing identified bugs.
- Support continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies aligned with user requirements.
- Ensure the highest quality of written code, emphasizing coding standards and implementing effective unit testing scripts.
- Conduct detailed impact analyses of code changes to minimize the occurrence of bugs.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Have 2-4 years of relevant work experience, showcasing expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, and Tomcat.
- Demonstrate experience in collaborating with stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and building consensus.
- Exhibit understanding and proficiency in Microservices patterns and architecture.
- Possess knowledge of Restful APIs and integration patterns.
- Have professional experience in developing n-tier application architectures, service-oriented architectures, and XML.
- Showcase hands-on experience with deploying applications to cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrate experience in automated testing.
- Possess knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps/DevSecOps, with an added advantage.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and a willingness to explore new technologies.
- Extra experience in Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product and low-code platform development.
- Familiarity with NewGen products will be considered an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
