HR & Admin Executive

JOB PURPOSE

The Human Resource & Admin Executive is tasked to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and office administrative tasks. He/ She is responsible to prepare monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions and annual individual tax filling in timely manner. He/ She is also tasked to provide HR reporting, training administration, government grant verification and other employee's related matters.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Process monthly payroll and associated statutory contributions and claims (e.g. CPF submissions, IRAS tax submissions, FWL, Childcare, NS Pay and Maternity etc.)

b) Verify employee's benefits, overtime, allowances and grants claim/received from government bodies and ensure that company is in compliance with the latest MOM regulations.

c) Prepare final settlement for resigned employees according to checklist which include submission of tax clearance (IR21) and others.

d) Provide responses for payroll related surveys/reports such as training claim, MOM surveys etc.

e) Maintain and manage functional update of the HR system (new user set up, provide approver’s rights, change of shift, leave, employees’ records and other delegation).

f) Prepare HR and administration related letters and documents.

g) Handle work pass applications, renewal & cancellations and related matters

h) Support in organizing and facilitating company events including employee training programs, employee engagement and well-being activates.

i) Liaise with agents and vendors for Expats’ accommodation arrangement.

j) Handle insurance claims and company vehicle related matters

k) Assist SMO on Covid-19 SMM administration functions (ie. daily man-power declaration)

l) Provide office administrative support and attend to employees’ enquiries

m) Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

a) Diploma with relevant experience or equivalent with payroll experience.

b) At least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in human resource operations and payroll management.


KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

a) Familiarity with the Employment Act and other labour legislation

b) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

c) Good command of written and spoken English language

d) Hands-on experience with InfoTech HRIS system will be an advantage.
