We are a MNC company looking for an Accounts Assistant
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Assure timely and accurate invoicing
· Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of purchases invoices, credit notes and delivery notes
· Process suppliers' invoices which includes verification of invoices and ensure supporting documents are in order
· Post and issue sales invoices to customers
· Prepare courier of documents to customers and third parties
· Communicate with suppliers and customers on invoicing related matters
· Support in preparation for financial audit
· Issue statements of account to customers and vendors, if necessary
· Any other ad-hoc activities assigned
Education and Experience:
· Accounting diploma, Higher Nitec in Finance / Accountancy/Banking
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
