Your Responsibilities: -
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls (overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers’ inquiries)
- Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases
You will need: -
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
