Christian Bassett is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a European luxury watch & jewellery company.
Main responsibilities
• Under the supervision of the Director, your main responsibilities will be to develop the customer experience and reinforce brand messages.
For this your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure team management:
• Manage and participate in the operational activities of the team;
• Manage the team's workload;
• Manage the budget as well as expenses and cash flow forecasts;
Ensure project management:
• Create, manage and monitor projects related to customer experience in Singapore
• Support the Director for “customer experience” projects;
• Ensuring the management of excellence in our customer experiences:
• Be the guarantor of the quality of the services delivered to our clients;
• Ensure that the quality of welcome and services meets our values;
• Be a force of proposal in the evolution of the services offered to our customers (visits, meals, showroom, Museum and Manufacture, etc.);
Ensure operational management:
• Review processes and propose new ideas for updating reception and reception processes on the brand's various sites;
• Ensure cohesion and be the point of contact between the different hospitality professions
• Plan regular training for hospitality staff to meet changing expectations
• Be a source of proposals to improve processes through the introduction of new working methods or new technologies;
• Manage statistical indicators and involvement in the strategic vision
