JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be the main administrative support for Heads of School in the school. You will establish excellent relationships with our parents and guardians and frequently communicate with home. On a daily basis you will support learners and be involved in the whole life of the school.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor attendance and lateness
  • Liaise with families /guardians and outside agencies
  • Record keeping
  • Support our learners in their daily lives and with calendared events
  • Ensure all duties are covered across the school as required
  • Support Heads of School as directed
  • Assist in arranging interviews for Heads of School
  • Provide support with the administration of safeguarding learners
  • Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Ability to work alongside adults and learners age 3-18 years
  • Prior knowledge of child protection practice in Singapore an advantage
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent using different digital platforms
  • Self directed and takes initiative
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through
  • Creative approach to tasks where appropriate
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work cheerfully under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Sense of humour
