Job Description
- Propose architectural framing layout and design key elements of buildings, submit to architect / consultant
- Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design in-line with architect’s design intents and client’s requirements
- Review & verify consultants design drawings, counter propose another architectural design intent and feasibility of construction
- Plan and supervise the schedule of design processes and submission to authority to meet the main project
- Resolve site issues related to design or changes required by production team, to ensure no delay affecting main program projects
- Supervise draftsmen and prepare architectural shop drawings for construction
- Assist draftsmen to amend shop drawings during peak time to make sure that quality drawings are issued for construction on time
- Preparation of architectural coordination and shop drawings for the project to be used on site for production
- Disseminate architectural information to other design teams for overall design coordination
- Issuance of RFI & SDA
- Monitor shop drawing progress and provide support to production team
- Visit site and collect data to determine the best possible design
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as architectural design coordinator in PPVC D&B projects
- Skill in Autocad / Revit
- Degree holder in Architectural or Civil Engineering
