We are looking for mature mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) who are exploring mid-career skills conversion and switch to new jobs to gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Following up with our existing customers on their training needs and send brochure and proposal for them to consider
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers and prospects inquiries and feedback
- Designing EDM for each workshop to send information to clients in the region
- Assist in designing and producing in-house promotional materials.
- Maintain up-to-date files and records.
- Handle daily general administration tasks and support service operations.

- minimum O level qualification
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
