Engagement Manager
Key Requirements
- Manage government engagement, strategize and execute marketing campaigns, and evaluate competitive advantages in a dynamic market.
- Collaborate with product managers on multi-year go-to-market strategies and events to drive strategic opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Own community growth and enhance brand awareness for the web search & AI team product.
- Create EDMs, marketing collateral, and engage stakeholders for feedback to drive conversion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Events
- Digital marketing expertise in email, content, and social media, alongside proficiency in marketing analytics, web search, and AI.
- Proven track record in event planning, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to understand technical product concepts.
- Adaptable communicator with proficiency in English, design tools, and excellent time management.
- Prior experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy, or data analytics is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating between macro product market strategy and micro product engagement with government agencies.
