Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, ensuring consistent order fulfillment, and providing valuable insights into market demand forecasts
Remuneration Package:
- Job Grade: Manager
- Salary: $7,000 - $9,000
- AWS given for 1 month, Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients in the semiconductor industry. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or delays.
- Work closely with clients to understand their market demand and provide accurate forecasts. Use market insights to proactively plan for production and inventory management.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on order status, product availability, and any relevant industry updates. Be responsive to client inquiries and provide solutions to challenges.
- Advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Work with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer account management within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC assembly and packaging.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
