A waste management company in Tuas South looking for a suitable candidate as a Fire Safety Manager Cum WHS Officer. The Job scope as follows:
1. Observe and comply with all prevailing MOM and SCDF regulations relating to Fire and Work Place Safety and Health.
2. Review and implement risk assessment and safety work procedures to develop a strong safety culture in the company across all levels of staff.
3. Conduct regular building inspection to ensure that all fire safety related issues s are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
4. Submit monthly fire safety report to the Management.
5. Plan and conduct regular toolbox meeting, monthly WSH meetings and relevant trainings for all employees of the company.
6. To achieve and manage all KPIs and standards of the company.
7. To support during the intgernal, external, safety and ISO audits of the company.
8. To communicate with relavent authorities on FS & WHS related matters.
9. To ensure all staff and contractors follow the House Rules and Disciplines.
Requirements:
1. Diplomo in any of the job related studies as stated above.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experince.
3. Registered as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF.
4. Good communicaiton skills.
5. Good knowledge and practical experience with Singapore’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements.
