Personal Assistant to CEO
The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and possessing exceptional communication skills. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure a seamless workflow.
【 What you will be doing 】
· Work independently and fully support the CEO in all areas under his instruction and supervision (both work and personal)
· Assist in solving work problems and complex situations
· Manage travelling arrangement, including visa applications, flights, accommodation and itineraries, etc.
· Organizing/managing appointments including setting venues where necessary
· Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
· Ad-hoc jobs as assigned.
【 What is required 】
· Previous work experience as a personal assistant will be considered favorably
· Able to travel overseas with short notice for extended period or be based in a location overseas
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
· Must be able to work overtime on weekends and Public Holidays when required
· Highly organized and service-oriented individual
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
· Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
