Your Role
We are looking for an IT Assistant to offer comprehensive support for software, hardware and networking on desktops, laptops and servers.
What Will You Do
- To offer comprehensive support for software, hardware, and networking on desktops and laptops and servers.
- To perform installation and upkeep of servers, PCs, associated software, networks, and IT devices.
- To address issues through phone support and on-site assistance.
- To troubleshoot networking and PC-related problems.
- To handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
What Do We Want
- At least NITEC or higher in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in related field.
- Able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
