Job responsibilities:
- Provide on-site product & system commissioning/servicing support.
- Support on product and application presentation to new and existing customers.
- Project/systems configuration and coordination, new product launch.
- Assist in distribution channels-technical related.
- Brain storming of ideas to support on special projects.
- Providing technical support to sales team.
- Handling complaints on technical issues and support marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (with relevant experience).
- Knowledge of water treatment, hygienic and steam, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor industries is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in Industrial/Technical products, particularly valves, sensors and process control instrument.
- Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team.
- A hands-on person.
- Able to communicate with customers on building solutions.
- Strong communication skills, Dynamic and goal-oriented, team player.
- Computer and PLC literate, proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign will be an added advantage.
