Job Scope
· Collaborate closely with Management and Japan HO to spearhead and oversee the comprehensive operations of Shopping Centre Management Division encompassing Leasing, Marketing & Communications, Building Services, M&E Services and Tenant Relations department
· Establish effective communication with affiliated companies to align and strategise the overall planning of the shopping centre operations
· Formulate and execute effective business strategies, demonstrating thorough understanding of the group’s management policy
· Drive the division to achieve maximum performance & profitability by proactively forecasting, planning and controlling all expenses related to shopping centre operations
· Assist the general manager to lead and guide the team of managers and team members of the division
Requirements
· Preferably with more than ten (10) years relevant working experience in a company dealing with shopping centre management
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate Management studies or equivalent
· Proven experience in shopping centre management with a focus on leasing, tenant relations and operations
· Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
· Excellent organizational, communication and planning skills
· Strong critical and analytical skills
· Japanese language proficiency in speaking and writing preferred
