- My Client, a reputable organisation is looking to hire an Customer Service/ Receptionist
- Salary Range: $2,200 to $3,000
- Location: Central
- Working hours: Rotating shifts, 6 days a week
Job Scope
- Managing of the Customer Service Counter and handling customers with excellent customer service.
- Performing of facility inspections, paging and in-house announcements.
- Upselling and promoting the company’s various digital platforms and loyalty programs.
- Skillfully handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints via the customer service counter and telephone.
- Any other ad-hoc/ admin assigned
Requirements
- GCE’O’ Levels and above
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Computer literate to handle administrative tasks and technology related enquiries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate a professional customer experience.
