Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Review the existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legislation and market competitiveness.
- Plan and coordinate the annual performance appraisal exercise and salary review.
- Manage the day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.
- Develop competitive and cost-efficient programs to retain employees and attract top talent aligned with company strategy.
- Participate in benefit benchmarking and market trend analysis.
- Provide support and advise on new hire’s remuneration package
- Support other HR programs when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in HR management, business administration, preferably from compensation management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience experience in handling compensations and benefits
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and possessing good analytical skills
- Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
- Mature and capable of handling/managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Able to work both independently and in a team
