Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Review the existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legislation and market competitiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual performance appraisal exercise and salary review.
  • Manage the day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.
  • Develop competitive and cost-efficient programs to retain employees and attract top talent aligned with company strategy.
  • Participate in benefit benchmarking and market trend analysis.
  • Provide support and advise on new hire’s remuneration package
  • Support other HR programs when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR management, business administration, preferably from compensation management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience experience in handling compensations and benefits
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and possessing good analytical skills
  • Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Mature and capable of handling/managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
