- Report directly to the Project Manager.
- Attend and handle request and feedback from the public.
- Maintain documentation record of all requests or complaints from residents.
- Attend to walk-in owners to answer any general query.
- Arrange for inspection and appointments.
- Update of weekly report.
- Tabulate monthly report for submission to HDB.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field is required.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
