CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Reports to Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
A. Marketing
Making/Answering calls to/from potential clients and arrange for visit
B. Customer Service
Customer Support - Inhouse
Sales Support - liaise with customer
- Queries/quotations for Sales, Parts, or Consumables
- Prep sales invoice, packing and shipment
Service Support - liaise with customers
- service scheduling, quotations
- service job status to customers.
Requirements
Able to work with CRM systems & Google Suite
Self-motivated with good communication skills
ITE or Poly with IT background is an asset
