Responsibilities
- Understanding and able to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection
- Handling day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings and sales of vouchers etc
- Ensuring the security of the premise and its facilities
- Ensuring the location is staffed productively and optimally
- Cash management for the opening and closing of a location
- Assisting in preparation of the location’s staff roster
- Ensuring the location is kept in functional and presentable state at all times
- Ensuring staffs are aware and adopting proper operating procedures
- Assisting in liaising with vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
- Performing random assignments and projects
Requirements
- Recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
- Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
- Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
- Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
- Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
- Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
- Must be fully vaccinated
