- Develop annual and quarterly business plans to maximize the sales and product focuses
- Responsible for demand planning and new product forecasting
- Responsible for the front line teams; to ensure they reach sales targets
- Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, customers, and product
- Measure, track and analyse key KPIs to enhance results
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry, market trends, and best practices
- Maintaining constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Achieving consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards, and customer satisfaction
