Logistics Officer (Export)

Specific Job Role/Scope:

1. Lead Export Team for dedicated account/lane
2. Perform Dedicated Account (Air & Trucking)
3. To assist and coordinate shipment arrangements pertaining to airfreight
4. Customer Service and attend to customer grievance management

Job Responsibilities:

1. To perform Customer Service/ Operations role to execute shipments daily
2. Creation/ Execution of Export Documents
3. Liaising of Export Booking through Airlines
4. Liaising with different personnel for daily Export documents
5. Attending to email correspondence & trouble shooting
6. To check daily uplifting of shipments
7. Reporting of Offloading Report/ Follow up on Cargo Irregularities
8. Oversee daily trucking service
9. Generating weekly report and monitoring daily billing process
10. Ensure all permits are declared and comply to AED requirements
11. Understand permit requirements/ arrangements (OO,OD, XO)

Job requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & equipped with IT skills will be preferred
2. 5 days work week (Perform weekends / PH when required)
