Job Summary:
- Industry: Property Management (Town Council)
- Location: East/North-East
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the town council administration and operations
- Be one of the key officers for the town council
- Report to the Town Council Chairman and serve MPs of the Town Council
- Lead a team of around 70 staff to administer and manage the town council affairs efficiently and effectively according to the contract specifications
- Play a critical role in enabling the town council to execute and implement policies, projects, and initiatives to enhance the living environment and the quality of life in the public housing estates
- Achieve financial targets set by the company
- Maintain customer relations and ensure targets set by the Town Council are achieved
- Assist the team in growing the township business
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years of township/facilities management experience with at least 5 years at senior management level
