The Role
To provide for the Rehab department's overall reception & cashiering duties.
Key accountabilities
- To provide recommendation, sales and rental homecare services.
- Perform all reception related duties such as answering phone calls, appointment scheduling etc.
- Handle all enquiries regarding the provision of homecare services.
- Liaise with patients & vendors regarding the sale and rental of equipment.
- Handle all cashiering related matters for the department.
- Handle all insurance related matters for the department.
- Manage outpatient records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum O level/ Certificate in WSQ Higher certificate in healthcare (Admin support).
- Preferably with prior work experience in healthcare setting.
- Positive attitude and good customer service skills.
