Our close client is an award- winning bank presently undergoing a huge transformation phase across different business functions. In part of this growth, the organization is looking for a well experienced, Program Manager within Compliance Technology.
This is an exciting new leadership role, with a rare opportunity to lead one of the largest transformation initiatives that will drive organizational impact on a regional scale.
Job responsibilities include:
- Accountable for overall program deliverables, including budgeting and resource planning
- Overseeing successful implementation of compliance related technologies
- Cross collaboration work with Technology and Operations units, being the bridge between Business and Tech
- Overseeing and managing BAU/Operations work
- Supporting and managing a lean team in need of capability support
Requirements:
- Industry experience in the banking and financial services
- A minimum of 15 years leading programs and projects within Compliance Technology
- Experience leading a team, ability to coach
- Strong stakeholder management skillsets
- An appreciation for BAU Management, Operations work
