The Senior/ HR Executive is responsible to plan, direct, co-ordinate and facilitate HR services to attract and retain staff that best meet the Company’s goals and objectives. He/ she shall also act as a liaison for employees regarding routine employees’ employment matters and administrative practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff development and employee relations
- HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
- Process monthly payroll
- Assist in staff housing arrangement
- Conduct staff orientation and educate employees regarding HR matters
- Deliver timely and accurate data and reports
- Support in company’s events and employees’ welfare activities to promote positive working environment
- Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management/ payroll
- Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Ability to interact well with employees from all levels
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- 5-day work week, office hours
