Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of change and improvement plans and projects which support the goals of Acclivis’ clients other key strategic initiatives
- Re-engineer digital workflows and improvements and lead the re-architecture/re-design of apps and services to materialise process improvements
- Prototype new solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, Asset, SLM/SLA, Service Catalogue, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Service Mapping, Event Management Integration, Mobile UI, Chat/Connect
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for better customer enablement
- Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables to achieve launch and implementation within timeline and budget
- Scope and implement tools to monitor application responsiveness, increase automation and reduced downtime to better achieve SLAs.
- Lead and/or perform third-party Management/Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools
Requirements:
- ITIL Expert preferred
- Understanding of the IT infra and handled infra projects as Service Delivery Manager in past
- Knowledge of Server & Network management
- Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow development/ customization/enhancements.
- Understanding of foundational concepts and able to navigate the relationships between ITSM Processes, IT Service Management Process requirements, and business/IT management needs that are moderate in nature which may span multiple ITSM Processes
