The role of a Site Engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of current and ongoing projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.

Your Role
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe, clean, and proper execution of work procedure on site.
- Perform site servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment
- Gathering data, compile reports, and delivering them to relevant stakeholders
- Provide regular site progress updates to the Operations Engineer
- To plan, coordinate, and deliver with both internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in engineering development of current and future projects
- Be involved in all phases of equipment implementation, including on-site testing, installation, and commissioning of water treatment equipment
- Strictly adhere to the safety practices in the workplace at all times
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Experienced in all aspects of project deployment including testing, start-up, and commissioning of industrial machinery
- Knowledge of risk management and safety regulations
- A good listener and team player who can problem solve independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Preferably experience in Water Treatment in the Construction industry (Especially in Earth Control Measure, Water Treatment) – Power System
Education and Experience
- Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree / Diploma required.
- 3+ years’ experience as a maintenance or commissioning engineer (electrical background)
- Experience in decision making, identifying, assessing, evaluating, and solving complex problems
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license of class 3.
